Section 1: Organization Information
1-5. Enter the Title, First Name (required), Last Name (required), Suffix, and Email Address (required) of the person filling out the form, this will be who we contact if we need something clarified.
6. You must enter the name of your Church (or the word "None" if not affiliated)
7-11. We Strongly encourage you to enter ALL of the non-required information for your church.
12. Select Church in Berean District to register multiple individuals from a Berean Church, Select an Individual to register just yourself.
Section 2: Class Selection Individual
You will only see this section if you chose to register an individual in section 1.
You may choose to attend a morning and / or an evening class
Complete your class selection and let us know how you want to attend.
Please be aware that not all classes have a virtual (from home) or hybrid (some days in class, some days at home) option - O/O at the end of the class title indicates Onsite Only.
You can now submit the form.
Section 3: Berean Church Members Class Selection
You will only see this section (and those below) if you chose to register a Berean Church in section 1.
This section will allow you to enter information for up to 5 individuals. Please note that if you are the contact person and wish to attend a class, you must re-enter your information in this section.
Each member may attend a morning and / or an evening class
If you don't have 5 people attending, you can scroll to the end at any time.
If you have more than 5 people attending select "No, I need more space” when asked if you're finished.
Answering "Yes" when asked if you're finished will take you to the end of the process.
Please be aware that not all classes have a virtual (from home) or hybrid (some days in class, some days at home) option - O/O at the end of the class title indicates Onsite Only.
Sections 4 and 5:
These sections are pretty much the same as section 3 except the contact person does not need to re-enter their info and at the end of section 5 you will be asked to submit the form.
